"They do many different things and keep it fun, friendly and affordable.Play pool, watch sports or karaoke! Wed night they have a damn good steak, tater, salad and garlic toast.... followed by Karaoke. Sunday morning, I usually get a good sized breakfast with football or whatever other televised sport is on. They have parties, bands, holiday themes and friendly people with interesting diversity... and always seem to be great mood and attitude. Owners and staff are sweet, friendly and welcoming. Has only got better... last 15 years. Personally, I think it's worth recommending!"

"I came in here while I was travelling, which I do a lot. This is the cleanest and friendliest dive pub I've seen in 10 years. Shannon was the tender and was ON IT with a smile and great service. Then, out comes Jerry, the cook, to take my order so that he got it perfect. When does a cook come out proactively from anywhere to take an order?! I had the New York steak with kind of low expectations because it's a pub right? Wow! Was I underestimating the dinner. Fantastic huge steak and done perfectly! Loved it! I'll be back my next two nights because this is one of the best first impressions I've had in a very long time. You need to get in here and support this rare gem. I'll be coming by on every trip from now on."

"Not great curb appeal but surprisingly good grub and a super friendly staff. The bartender asked my name to open my tab and from then on, everyone called me by name. The interior is old school "dive bar" with a nice bar area filled with happy, seasoned patrons. Plenty of pool, games and country music. No surprises from that perspective. The menu fits the theme ranging from a nice selection of appetizers, to sandwiches/burgers and a selection of entrees. I was dubious of the $12 steak dinner but was assured it's good. This proved to be true. Definitely worth the money and then some. Not exactly where I'd take a first date but the food, friendliness, ambiance and great value make it a great place to grab a beer and a filling meal. Judging from the growing number of people arriving as I finished, it reminded me of the all American neighborhood bars I grew up with in South Dakota. Five stars for great food, friendly service and tremendous value."
